Cake Orders - How to Order

Please make sure you provide the following:
-Date of collection
-Details of the design in mind
- Size & Flavour (If unsure about sizing please let me know how many you wish the cake to feed and I will be able to help with this)
Please allow 24h for a response - if you can please give me as much information as possible this will really help us get the order in asap.
Terms & Conditions + After Care
TERMS & CONDITIONS:Many cakes may require ordering items in e.g. fondant, flowers, cake toppers, figures etc. If this is the case a deposit will be required for your order. I do not order the items in until the payment has been made so i request payment within 48 hours of deposit request otherwise your items may not arrive in time. Deposit is non refunable if the cake is cancelled - but can be moved to another date for the same design up to 72 hours before collection date.
AFTERCARE:
Lift cake box from underneath the box as sides of the box can dent the cake. Place in the passenger footwell for transportation
Once home, cakes to be stored in the fridge until 30 minutes before serving.
This is especially important in summer months to prevent the cake from melting!!
Once your cake leaves us we are not responsible for any damages.
